This partnership between Supplemental Health Care and Dynamic Learning Online, Inc. (DLO) allows therapists and assistants unlimited access to courses in the DLO library for CE credit at a discounted rate. Supplemental talent will become part of the DLO e-learning network, benefiting from time-sensitive information to meet clinical needs.

DLO will provide a specialized registration form (found below) to be used by Supplemental talent who wish to access the account, allowing for the necessary corporate approvals prior to receiving access to courses.

TO ENROLL IN A DYNAMIC LEARNING ONLINE, INC. COURSE USING DUAA FUNDS:

2. Visit the Dynamic Learning Online, Inc. / DUAA Course List
3. Make your course selection(s)
4. Complete the DUAA Enrollment Form. Your DUAA Price will depend on your Supplemental Code, provided by your Division Manager:
   • "A"=25% off list price
   • "B"=50% off list price
   • "C"=100% off list price
5. Email the enrollment form to the appropriate Division Manager for approval.
6. A member of the DLO staff will notify you via email when your courses have been processed and are open for your participation
